Although paintball is statistically a very safe sport (seventy times safer than basketball - source: US Statistics People), the injury possibilities are quite high IF you don't follow safety rules/regulations. Basically, some pretty nasty stuff can happen to you if you:

• Lift your goggles
• Mess about with high pressure air
• Play stupid games with liquid carbon dioxide

Even though this web-site encourages you to play paintball, we cannot be held responsible for you being stupid and taking your goggles off, and getting blinded. Also, if you run into a tree, you deserve it. You'll most probably be playing in the woods, so wear sensible footwear.
